While Wallowa State Park is a bit of a drive from our Salem, OR dealership, it is home to some of the most beautiful landscape that Oregon has to offer and well worth the journey. The area where you will most enjoy camping with your RV is on Southern side of Wallowa Lake in Wallowa Lake State Park. If the beautiful views, crisp lake and ample outdoor activities available right by the campground aren’t enough to convince you this is worth the visit, let the amenities such as hot showers and a marina convince you. For those who enjoy a more immersive nature experience there are plenty of day hikes and backpacking trails available with views such as the Alps of Oregon that will leave you speechless.

An ocean view, nearby wineries, beaches, hikes, and more- all in the comfort of your own recreational vehicle and at a fraction of the price of a traditional vacation rental, the Oceanside RV Resort is tough to beat. Wake up to the sound of the ocean and a fresh sea breeze in this well-spaced out RV Resort. Oceanside RV Resort resides in the Coos Bay area and caters toa plethora of lifestyle preferences. So, whether you like  photography and hiking, surfing and laying on the beach, or exploring wineries and restaurants, you can find something for the entire family here. We recommend visiting this park in the summer months for the most enjoyable experience, however its beauty stays year-round.

Being the nearest dedicated RV Park to Crater Lake this location is too amazing to not put in our top 3 RV Resort choices in Oregon. We recommended planning your trip to Crater Lake RV Park in advance as you can as spaces tend to fill up quickly, however once you’re there it offers Oregon RV camping at its very finest. Keep in mind, this campground is still about 40 miles away from Crater Lake, but it has everything an RV enthusiast could ask for and is surrounded by just about any outdoor activity you could ask for. From hiking, fishing, swimming, rafting, mountain biking and more this RV Park is the place to be. Additionally, amenities such as 30/50 amp, pets allowed, back-in and pull-through sites, and an amazing staff makes this park stand apart from your standard campground. For those looking for a closer RV campground to the lake we recommend checking out Mazama Campground.
